Welcome to Ravenhub! We are a service provider from Germany and host different web services for ourselves and our customers. Besides web services, we host our Discord Bots and those of customers (collectively, the “Service(s)”). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Services and products ("Products"). Please read these Terms carefully, and contact us if you have any questions. By accessing or using our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You may use our Products only if you can comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. Suppose you use one of our Webservices. In that case, you agree with our Privacy Policy and the Terms of Services. Subject to these Terms and our policies (including our Community guidelines), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Products.
You are obligated to use the Webservices in a legitimate way and in accordance with good manners while respecting the Ravenhub's and third parties' personality rights, copyrights, and intellectual property rights. You are obligated to provide his or her actual details. You are not permitted to provide any illegitimate content.
Ravenhub complies with article 14 clause 1 of the Provision of Electronic Services Act of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended) whereby who, making available resources of its data communication system for the customer to store his or her data, is not aware of the illegitimacy of such data or any related activity and prevents access to such data after being officially notified of or becoming aware of the illegitimacy of such data or any related activity shall not be held liable for such stored data.
You may need to create an account with Ravenhub's Webservices to access some or all of the services and features. If you register for an account, it's your responsibility to provide the accurate account information, which includes your name, your email address, your password and any other details we ask you for. We will contact you in case of additional information requirements. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in the immediate termination of your account and your account associated data might be deleted with or without prior notification.
In case of sharing your account credentials with someone, you will be responsible for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account.
All web addresses are automatically filtered through various spam and malware scanners. We reserve the right to disable any URL that we suspect is being used for spamming/illegal purposes... ban the user and report to ISP involved. The previous list of prohibitions is not exclusive. Ravenhub reserves the right to terminate your access to our services for any reason. Ravenhub reserves the right to refuse, delete, or edit any UGC (User Generated Content) without cause and notice for any or no reason including, but not limited to, for any action that Ravenhub determines is inappropriate or disruptive to the service or any other user of the service. Ravenhub is under no duty to and does not represent it will monitor and/or remove any UGC. By accepting these ToS, you waive and hold harmless Ravenhub from any claims resulting from any action taken by Ravenhub during or as a result of Ravenhub's investigation and/or from any actions taken as a consequence of investigations by either Ravenhub or law enforcement related to your use of the service.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ravenhub, including its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, representatives, attorneys, and business partners (“Indemnified Parties”), from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, damages, liabilities, judgments, awards, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees, costs of defence, and direct, indirect, punitive, special, individual, consequential, or exemplary damages) Ravenhub or any of the Indemnified Parties suffer in relation to, arising from, or to avoid, any claim or demand from a third party that relates to your use of the Site and/or any Site goods or services, your breach of these ToS, the use of the service by any person using your password, or any violation of applicable law or regulation by you. Your indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these ToS.

You specifically acknowledge that Ravenhub shall not be liable for user content, including without limitation Your Content, or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you.
Any and all disputes relating to these TOS, the Site, and/or any goods or services offered on or through the Site are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Germany, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany for any litigation arising out of or relating to the use of the Site, waive any objection to the venue of any such litigation in Germany courts, and agree not to plead or claim in any Germany court that such litigation brought therein has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
If any part of these TOU is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not impact any other provision of these TOS, all of which will remain in full force and effect.
These TOS constitute the parties' entire agreement with respect to the service and supersede all prior communications, promises and proposals, whether oral, written, or electronic, between you and Ravenhub, with respect to the service.
The proprietary rights, disclaimer of warranties, representations made by you, indemnities, and limitations of liability shall survive the termination of these TOS.
You acknowledge that the rights granted and obligations made to Ravenhub under these Terms are of a unique and irreplaceable nature, the loss of which may result in immediate and irreparable harm to Ravenhub for which remedies at law are inadequate. Ravenhub shall therefore be entitled to seek injunctive or other equitable relief (without the obligation to post any bond or surety) in the event of any breach or anticipatory breach by you. You irrevocably waive all rights to seek injunctive or other equitable relief.
You may use our Products only if you can comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. Suppose you invite our Discord Bots to your Server. In that case, you agree with our Privacy Policy and the Terms of Services specific for our Discord Bots. Subject to these Terms and our policies (including our Community guidelines), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Products.
Any data, text, graphics, photographs and their selection and arrangement, and any other materials uploaded to the Service by you is “Your Content”. All of Your Content is your sole responsibility. Ravenhub is not responsible for any material you upload, post, or otherwise make available. You grant Ravenhub and our users a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, save, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your content on any Ravenhub Service solely to operate, develop, providing, and to use the Ravenhub Products. Nothing in these Terms shall restrict other legal rights Ravenhub may have to User Content, for example, under additional licenses. We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content for any reason, including User Content that we believe violates these Terms or our policies. Copies of content shared with others may remain even after you delete the content from your account. Ravenhub does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or integrity of any user content posted. Using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that you may be exposed to material you find offensive or objectionable. You agree that Ravenhub will not under any circumstances be liable for any user content, including, but not limited to, errors in any user content, or any loss or damage incurred by use of user content.
Our Products may contain (back)links to third-party websites, advertisers, services, special offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by Ravenhub. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, files, products, or services. Suppose you access any third party website, Service, or content from Ravenhub. In that case, you do so at your own risk. You agree that Ravenhub will have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third-party website, Service, or content.
You agree to allow us to distribute messages to your Discord server(s) as we deem necessary, without limitation. This includes the ability to notify you about significant changes about our Discord Bot (such as important security messages, breaking updates, etc.).
